Over 25 years of experience
Green Air Monitoring was established in 1999 and has over 25 years’ experience supporting organisations in understanding, managing and improving the quality of their indoor environments. We specialise in the testing, measurement and monitoring of indoor air quality as part of both routine workplace environmental health checks and targeted investigations where specific concerns have been raised.
A core part of our work is supporting facilities management teams in maintaining healthy, comfortable and compliant buildings. We regularly undertake snapshot indoor air quality surveys across office buildings and commercial premises, providing clear, practical insight into parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide and particulate matter. These surveys are widely used by FM providers as part of ongoing building performance monitoring, wellbeing programmes and assurance reporting.
Our experience spans a broad range of built environments, including corporate offices, managed office portfolios, public buildings, manufacturing facilities and specialist spaces. This breadth allows us to understand how building design, occupancy patterns and ventilation systems interact, and how small adjustments can materially improve occupant comfort, productivity and wellbeing.
We work closely with facilities and property management teams to deliver surveys that are proportionate, repeatable and easy to integrate into routine building management, helping organisations demonstrate care for occupants while identifying emerging issues before they develop into complaints or operational problems
